Methodology

The Discovery process is often the most underutilized tool throughout
the technical industry. InfoStrategies Network Services design staff,
in conjunction with our sales team, collaborates with clients to identify
the overall driving business goals and objectives. During this process,
additional information is gathered to assist in the refinement of the
Scope of Work. This not only assures our customers of the opportunity
to keep current business operations running smoothly, but also gives them
freedom to position themselves for future trends.
By delivering fully qualified, technically oriented statements of work
("Scope of Work or SOW"), InfoStrategies is able to provide
to it's clients, solutions that are technically sound and that forecast
the realistic costs associated with any given project. This engineered
solution approach allows our clients to better understand the tasks involved
and the necessary technical skill sets that will be required to accomplish
each task. In addition, the fully qualified SOW provides the means to
accurately gauge the success of a given project.
Once the "SOW" has been reviewed and approved by the client,
InfoStrategies begins the project with a "kick off" meeting.
This process will help to ensure all parties will have a clear understanding
of project planning, goals, deadlines and contact information. During
the entire implementation project our management team works closely with
the client to ensure that expectations are being met.
At the conclusion of the implementation process, InfoStrategies begins
the "Change Management" and Post Project Review portion of the
engagement. Our focus shifts from implementation to training and education;
this will assist the client in unlocking the true potential from the new
systems design and ensure total satisfaction.
